- **Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive facility management programs to ensure the efficient operation of all estate facilities.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance and repair activities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and landscaping.
- Conduct regular inspections of estate facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets for facility maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for facility maintenance, repairs, and construction projects.
- Oversee security protocols and systems to ensure the safety and security of estate facilities and occupants.
- Manage facility-related documentation, including permits, warranties, and service contracts.
- Implement sustainable practices to reduce energy consumption, waste, and environmental impact.
- Develop and maintain emergency preparedness plans and procedures for estate facilities.
- Supervise a team of facility maintenance staff and provide training and development opportunities as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in facility management, engineering, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in facility management, with a minimum of [8] years in a similar role.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to facility management.
- Familiarity with facility management software and computer-aided facility management (CAFM) systems.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of facility maintenance staff to achieve organizational goals.
- Certification in facility management (e.g., CFM, FMP) is preferred but not required.

- Location: Gul (Island-wide transport provided)
- 5 days work week
- Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
