**Chef de Partie - Seoul Noodle Shop (Yishun Northpoint)**:
**Location**:Northpoint City, Yishun

**About Us**:
Seoul Noodle Shop is a modern Korean casual dining restaurant specializing in handmade Korean noodles and comfort food. We are expanding our kitchen team at Yishun Northpoint and looking for a passionate **Chef de Partie**to join us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook Korean dishes according to company recipes and standards
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff when required
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards (SFA compliance)
- Assist Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, stock control, and ordering

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience (Korean or Asian cuisine preferred)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive working attitude and passion for food
- Singaporeans, PRs, and valid work pass holders are welcome

**Working Hours**:

- 5.5 days/week (rotating shifts between 10:00am - 10:00pm)
