‍ Chef de Partie - Seoul Noodle Shop (Yishun Northpoint) Location: Northpoint City, Yishun About Us Seoul Noodle Shop is a modern Korean casual dining restaurant specializing in handmade Korean noodles and comfort food. We are expanding our kitchen team at Yishun Northpoint and looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join us. Job Responsibilities Prepare and cook Korean dishes according to company recipes and standards Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes Supervise and train junior kitchen staff when required Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards (SFA compliance) Assist Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, stock control, and ordering Requirements Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience (Korean or Asian cuisine preferred) Strong teamwork and communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Positive working attitude and passion for food Singaporeans, PRs, and valid work pass holders are welcome Working Hours 5.5 days/week (rotating shifts between 10:00am - 10:00pm) Benefits Staff meals provided Uniform provided Performance and attendance bonuses Career advancement opportunities within Goldmoon Group
