HR / Office Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and be responsible for the day to day office operations
- Support and work closely with the management on Employee’s related matters, HR, Office Management etc.
- Manage office administration duties, which include maintaining common areas, office purchasing, office housekeeping, managing office supplies, catering, mailing, IT coordination, and some executive assistance.
- Organize IT-related support for new hires
- Maintain and update HR and any other company policies
- Management of Human Resources in all aspects such as; Recruitment, Performance Management, Onboarding, Contract Management, Salary Benchmarking, Staff Welfare, Employee Engagement, Termination, etc.
- Liaising with Corp Sec for any company related matters
- Organization of workshop, events, team-bonding or/and any company related activities.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Management/ Human Resource/ equivalent
- At least 3 years of progressive human resources and office management experience
- Pro
- active with a sense of initiative, enthusiastic, meticulous with an eyes for details and independent
- Good time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Understanding of MOM rules and regulations
