We are seeking for a Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in supervising and coordinating all back-of-the-house operations and personnel in regard to the Kitchen Operation of the restaurant.
- Together with the Executive Chef, supervise and coordinate activities concerning Hot Kitchen preparation, kitchen and storeroom areas
- Supervise and coordinate schedule and activities of all Back of House
- Ensure recipes and quality standards are conformed to
- Participate in Hot Kitchen menu planning and food production
- Maintain budgeted food and recipe costs
- Assist in inventories and purchases of food items, kitchen supplies and equipment
- Demonstrate the culture and core values of the Group

**Job Requirements**
- Extensive experience as Sous Chef in 5 start establishments or equivalent work experience
- Extensive knowledge of kitchen equipment and procedures, health and safety regulations, and knowledge of food and food production
- Alignment with the Group’s purpose and core values
