Delivery Manager, Due Diligence

Dow Jones is looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Due Diligence team responsible for reviewing, proofreading and editing bespoke reports to ensure they meet the client’s specifications. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that client requests are correctly received and processed in a timely manner. You will collaborate with and support the Due Diligence Management team, Product, Sales and clients. You will report to the Business Director, Due Diligence.

You Will
- Ensure Due Diligence reports meet client requirements in terms of content quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness
- Provide clear, responsive communication to queries relating to the Dow Jones research
- Assist in determining the best research/quality team representatives to liaise with clients
- Help in the planning of research resources for report assignments and for any large ad hoc projects together with the Due Diligence Management team
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess product enhancements based on client feedback
- Assist in scoping and managing potential ad-hoc projects outside the usual DD scope
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance and testing of guidelines, data and tools that will support the team
- Perform testing of new or enhanced system and product functionality
- Support training of future members of staff
- Contribute to both team and product-initiated projects
- Support R&C with translation services as and when required

You Have
- Excellent English writing skills
- Knowledge of and interest in international affairs and politics
- Strong research skills, including online search tools
- An openness to different views and opinions and an appreciation for team diversity

Preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of Due Diligence
- Specialist legal, business or financial knowledge
