**The Role**
This role is responsible for managing the delivery of high-quality communication counsel and services and working alongside the Managing Director to build and protect the reputation of our clients and our firm. You will have the opportunity to work with geographically, culturally and language diverse teams on some of the biggest issues facing business, government, and society today.
- Lead day-to-day activities on account teams and nurture trusted client relationships
- Deliver best-in-class communications strategy, content, and media events for key clients
- Support the growth of the office through new business development
- Producing strong and insightful research
- Researching and writing engaging content that resonates with target audience
- Nurturing and growing key media relations and partnership network
- Providing creative ideas and implementing communications strategy, digital campaigns, and media initiatives for client’s relationship

- A proven trusted advisor with experience providing honest counsel to business leaders
- Well networked and able to manage existing business and build new business
- A leader of teams, who is well organised and able to delegate and organise the work of others.
**Requirements**:
- 8 years’ experience in consultancy or in-house communications roles
- Experience in new business development
- Ability to lead a team and adjusts easily to changing priorities or client needs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to produce high quality creative and written work, edit and improve the work of others
- Understanding of the print and broadcast media environment in Singapore
- Demonstrable experience in account management, developing and implementing communications strategies, ensure objectives are met, results are achieved, and clients are satisfied
- Meticulous attention to detail
- High level of initiative, energy, and a strong work ethic
- Degree or higher in Mass Communication, Arts or Social Sciences
- Proficiency in a second language is an advantage
