**About Our Client**:
The client is a well-recognised financial group providing full-spectrum of financial services, projecting strong growth in the current market. As the company continues to expand, it is looking for an Office Manager / Administrator support the smooth operation of the office.
Your responsibilities involve:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain organised office records and filing systems.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Provide support to various departments as needed.
- Coordinate office events and activities to foster team building and a positive workplace culture.
- Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners in China.
- Assist with client inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- HR administration duties such as on-boarding and leave tracking
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Good command of Mandarin, both written and spoken as you will be liaising with stakeholders and customers in China who do not speak English or other languages.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
