**Your Role as an English Language Teacher**:

- Deliver engaging literacy lessons using a structured phonics and reading comprehension approach.
- Teach writing, grammar, and composition techniques to older learners preparing for exams and advanced literacy milestones.
- Facilitate 1-to-1 sessions and ad hoc replacement lessons when needed.
- Conduct initial literacy assessments for prospective students and support open house events with the centre team.
- Create a safe and nurturing learning environment that encourages confidence, curiosity, and positive classroom behaviour.
- Maintain open communication with parents through regular updates and parent-teacher meetings.
- Support basic centre operations such as tracking student progress, helping with classroom upkeep, and participating in curriculum discussions.

This role is suitable for individuals with teaching experience in enrichment centres, international schools, or private education settings in Singapore.

- **Qualifications**: Degree or Diploma in Teaching, Education, Early Childhood Studies, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Preferably at least 2 years of teaching experience.
- **Language Proficiency**: Strong command of English with a clear, universally understandable accent.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, professionalism, and ability to work closely with co-teachers and centre managers.
- **Commitment**: Willing to work on weekends and weekday evenings.
