**What You’ll Do**:

- **Design and Lead Literacy Adventures**:Develop and implement engaging literacy lessons that align with our educational philosophy.
- **Create Inspiring Learning Environments**:Craft age-appropriate teaching aids and bring lessons to life with creativity and energy.
- **Foster Positive Growth**:Use positive guidance techniques to nurture students' development and maintain a supportive classroom atmosphere.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Educational Background**:Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related fields (Early Years Enrichment, Creative Language Arts, Speech and Drama, etc.)
- **Experience**:At least 1 year of classroom teaching experience with children aged 3 to 7 years old.
- **Dynamic Personality**:A creative and energetic individual who brings excitement to the classroom.
- **Effective Communicator**:Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- **Knowledgeable**:Understanding of educational, developmental, and cognitive psychology.
