We are transforming healthcare through Data Intelligence. Our Big Data platform aggregates raw data that reside in disparate information systems and convert them into computable, structured and standardized data so that they could be further processed to derive deep insights and knowledge using natural language processing, machine learning and other AI technologies.

Role: Data Engineer Director

**Job responsibilities**:
1. Direct the development and possible implementation of policies, processes and SOPs, in instances of breach, and responsible for disaster recovery plans.
2. Data delivery plan development and implementation, including but not limited to data model design, data mapping, cleaning, processing, quality control, etc.
3. Works collaboratively with other department heads, such as production, business development and operations, to define and deliver new products and enhancements.
4. Maintain a deep knowledge of the industry.
5. Develop and implement all our innovative healthcare solutions.

**Job requirements**:
1. At least 5 years of experience in the implementation of medical information systems: HIS, EMR, information platforms, etc.
2. Great familiarity with hospital business processes, hospital information systems (HIS, EMR, LIS, PACS, etc.), related data structures and relational database design.
3. Some development ability, with java and python preferred.
4. Excellent skills in communication, coordination, learning and problem-solving, and good stress tolerance and adaptability.
5. Previous work experience with medical big data companies (preferred).
