This role serves as a strategic advisor to the Leadership team to ensure program deliverables.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Plans and directs all the operational activities for the team including managing key meeting cadences, review of operational progress and key performance indices
- Leads the strategic planning activity and the execution of strategic initiatives
- Initiates, runs and executes operations and manufacturing cost related projects related to fab operations and assembly / test
- Provides oversight and guidance to other critical projects
- Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information for the EVP to facilitate efficient decision making
- Makes recommendations to the EVP based on benchmarking and data analysis
- Determines the most appropriate course of action and ensures aligned activities within the organization and supports establishing priorities
- Builds relationships and acts as a point of contact between the Leadership Team and other key stakeholders to enable leadership success
- Works closely with the EVP on vision, mission, strategies and organization structure
- Ensures all staff issues are addressed properly, efficiently and keeps track of progress

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of senior leadership experience within the organization
- Strong background in assembly and test design and/or operations
- Strategic thinker, data-driven and analytical in approach to solving problems
- Systematic and process-oriented with ability to manage across multiple complexities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and networks
- Ability to influence others to drive results
