- Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 9 am - 6 pm)
- Salary Package**:Basic Salary + Variable Bonus**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage internal teams, including AV Designer, Drafter, Engineer, Site Engineer, and Safety Officer.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders such as Consultants, Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Manufacturers, and Suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Study and analyze schematic designs and construction drawings to create accurate AV construction drawings.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and change orders, and manage the Bill of Material (BOM).
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing their expectations and delivering a positive customer experience.
- Plan, manage, and allocate necessary resources to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
- Other additional tasks as assigned.

- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in project management for construction sites or A&A works (preferably related to M&E or ELV solutions such as CCTV or structured cabling).
- With Audio Visual technical knowledge or project management experience is a plus.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
