**Title**:
Project Engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- Under general supervision: Plan, organize, coordinate, and control projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the client.
- Responsible for day-to-day contact and communication with the client, focusing on providing client satisfaction.
- Possess knowledge of oil & gas design and engineering in the offshore industry.
- Supervise personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders.
- May also serve as the proposal manager of medium-sized projects.
- The job role has some budgetary accountabilities.
- Manage internal and external project interfaces.
- Responsible for the delivery of project deliverables in accordance with the project schedule, including early identification and resolution of problems that may impact progress.
- Support the Management of Change process on the project, including the development of discrete schedules and budgets.
- Support the identification and management of risk on the project, including the development of mitigation measures to remove and/or control residual risk.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience.
- Experience with Oil & Gas engineering company doing Onshore and Offshore projects.
- Experience in coordinating and focal point for Mechanical Equipment procurement including but not limited to bid clarification meetings, procurement status reviews, kick-off meetings, and liaison with mechanical package engineers and client engineers.
- Knowledge of multi discipline execution of Offshore projects.
- Knowledge of 3D CAD and other Engineering and Design Tools, including Intelligent PIDs, SPI, SPE and Navisworks.
- Knowledge of Digital delivery of projects is preferred.
