System Design Engineer Intern (Analytics Management & Communication) (Ref. No. R1010325)

at our location in Singapore

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:
- Drive adoption of analytics tools by internal and external customers through user activity monitoring, testimonial gathering, demonstration sessions and regular stakeholder comms- Use analytics tools for analysis of CBTC System performance (equipment condition monitoring, energy efficient train operations and fault analysis) on behalf of projects around the globe- Create and maintain analytics dashboards and visualizations- Support development of new features via testing and gathering of user feedback- Review and update system design documents to address user requirements, project configuration management, and training needs- Work in our world class CBTC simulation facility to gain hands on experience with actual signalling system hardware and software

You have:
- Pursuing a degree in an Engineering field or in Computer Science- Curious and willing to learn technical skills fast and on the fly- Have strong communication skills to interface with GTS personnel around the globe- [Good To Have / Optional] Have had exposure to some of the technologies we use
- Tools: MS Office, Azure, Docker, Git, ELK, Superset, SQL, Windows, Linux
- Languages: Python (Pandas, Numpy, etc)-
- Students who are able to commit to a minimum of 6 months full-time credit-bearing internships are preferred.
