About the team
Risk control team is responsible for performing risk identification and assessing the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls across ByteDance global functions. The team's mission is to be a trusted advisor and add tangible value to the company through insightful and comprehensive risk management practices and proactive internal controls advisory support.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Support ByteDance corporate internal control works better from a global perspective, being responsible for global policy and procedures mechanism, approval rules, corporate governance projects; also providing risk control services to ByteDance shared service departments(Finance, Legal, HR, Corporate Services);
2. Identify key regions for driving organization changes. Understand indepth situation and prepare process improvement plans;
3. Meet different stakeholders, understand their current work process and challenges. Identify process improvement, provide recommendations and suggestions;
4. Build an organizational strategy that can align with the long term goal of the company. Work with different Cross-Functional Network stakeholders to build an organizational structure that is aligned globally and with all departments/functions;
5. Provide recommendations and suggestions for organizational level operational efficiency;
6. Drive stakeholder interviews with executive leadership and department heads, strategic individual contributors. Propose process improvement and globalization plans;
7. Identify complex cross-functional strategic initiatives and work with different Cross-Functional Network stakeholders to conduct extensive further research or projects;
8. Build better collaborations between multiple teams across regions.
1. Advantageous to have 5 years of experience in entity level risk control;
2. Excellent communication skills;
3. Experience in Data Analysis and Insights;
4. Good understanding of process improvement techniques and methodologies.
