Objective
The Marketing Executive is in charge of driving the execution of the organisation’s marketing initiatives, campaigns, promotions, events, etc as outlined in the marketing and communications annual plan.
This role contributes to support the organisation’s enrolment targets and positioning as a leading education consultancy in Singapore. He/she will execute multi-channel tactical marketing campaigns, generating enquiries from multiple target segments.
Strategic marketing
- Work closely with the marketing team in rolling out marketing plans
- Regular monitoring, tracking, market research and analysis
- Align marketing with brand, writing style, key messaging guidelines, ensuring compelling and consistent voice / style across all marketing materials and channels
- Plan and implement marketing and promotional activity for the organisation (including events, digital marketing, advertising, PR, etc)
- Work closely with Communications team to maintain, plan and implement strategies to increase online traffic to the organisation’s website and social media platforms, manage and ensure the content for pages are up-to-date
- Develop and manage production of external marketing collaterals including prospectus and direct marketing initiatives
- Identify trends and insights to increase engagements on social media platforms, especially on TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Manage EDM and communications platform to prospective students, example quarterly newsletter, bespoke events etc.
- Respond proactively to enquiries on all social media platforms
- Experience in content creation and willingness to be in front of the camera would be advantageous
- Ability to use editing software such as Premiere Pro, Cap Cut etc would be advantageous

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in executing marketing campaigns and management of marketing collaterals
- Ability to craft engaging and compelling copy
- A committed and loyal individual who strives to meet deadlines consistently

Bachelors Degree
