- The formation of a Digital Acceleration Office (DAO) focused in three core areas:

- **Lead - **the orchestration of an enterprise-wide digital strategy
- **Pilot - **our prioritized enterprise-wide digital experiences
- **Scale - **with the continued acceleration of our digital commerce efforts
- We are looking for a **Digital Capabilities & Data Enablement Senior Manager **who can support our enterprise-wide digital agenda at Coca-Cola ASEAN & South Pacific (ASP)

**Focus, Scope, & Impact**

As a data evangelist, you will unlock potential for enhanced decision-making and increased efficiency through the use of data. This includes formulating strategies that promote the use of data as an integral part of business, and operationalizing data partnering Platform Services to bring to life user friendly interfaces for consistent and simple use. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting the success of the overall data strategy. Your challenges lie in understanding the System needs across various domains, aggregating data needs and opportunities at the enterprise level, as well as stakeholder and change management.

Business Information Strategy:

- Develop OU Data Strategy for all information captured across the OU/ System, including data collected from digital activities
- Orchestrate OU & System to develop and execute Data Strategy and implement LTRM information sharing principles across all functions if applicable, partnering with PS
- Connect to Global Data strategy

People Digital Capability Strategy:

- Define people digital knowledge/ capability needs by function across the OU.
- Orchestrate and deliver enterprise digital knowledge building programs (partnering with People team) to meet current & future needs across the Enterprise
- Co-create with HR an Integrated ASP Digital Knowledge pipeline
- Integrate knowledge initiatives with Function Capability leads of the System

System Partnerships:

- Unlock data through strategic partnerships across the Enterprise and especially with external parties
- Assist in Enterprise execution activities leveraging external party data in value-for-value exchange

**EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- 10+ years of leadership experience in FMCG digital related fields
- Must have strong general management and business profile
- Proven success within e-commerce setting
- Ability to define region priorities based on understanding of local business solutions
- Critical to understand System financials/economics
- Strong planning, financial, and collaboration skills
- Experience in leading teams and managing projects
- Experience working with TCCC external partners (bottlers and customers)
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams
