Currently, there is an opportunity for a **Human Resources Business Partner**based in Singapore. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role involves strategic liaison between HR and the business who implements HR strategies aligned with business objectives; provides guidance on HR policies and practices, and fosters a culture of employee engagement and development. This is a regional role with responsibilities spanning across multiple countries.
**What You Will Do**:
- Collaborating with Senior Management as a strategic advisor, helping identify and prioritize HR initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
- Aligning HR policies, programs, and Total Rewards strategies—including compensation, benefits, and regional payroll oversight—to promote employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Providing overall payroll leadership for Singapore, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Acting as a trusted coach, guiding leaders and managers on HR-related matters such as performance management, compensation, benefits, and payroll.
- Analyzing HR metrics and data to identify opportunities and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior management.
