**Strategic acumen and thought leadership**:

- Drive workstreams on strategic projects focused on medium-long term strategy and commit a fair share of time on Reimagining the business
- Help develop point of view papers and thought leadership on the market and the opportunities for the business
- Run brainstorming sessions on projects needing out of the box thinking and creative problem solving

**Stakeholder management**:

- Facilitate workshops on complex topics needing business wide input from management team by effectively managing the people, process and content
- Participate in formal presentations or discussions with senior members to disseminate the insights

**Project delivery**:

- Deliver functional projects for divisions or departments e.g., distribution strategy, Innovation strategy, Target operating model
- Assist in developing/updating the Annual Strategy Plan and delivering regular performance reports to Regional Head Office
- Lead market research, competitor intelligence and other data analysis as required

**Who are we looking for**:

- Bachelor degree is a minimum but a MBA is preferred
- 6+ years relevant experience in strategy or consulting domains, ideally within financial services but we welcome other industry experience as well
- Excellent and proven core consulting skillset, finance, research and analytics would be preferred
- Curiosity, inquisitiveness and quick to learn and absorb new concepts
- Willingness to challenge status quo
- Organized, methodical thinker with the ability to work under time pressure, prioritize tasks and deal with changes in role expectations as we develop further
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think laterally
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
- Ability to bring together and influence cross functional teams to work on shared outcomes
- Non-hierarchical and collaborative team player
- High sense of independence and accountability
- Ability to create powerful decks and storyboarding
