**About the Orange Movement**
Launched in 2022, the **Orange Movement** is a global initiative led by IIX to **integrate gender equality and climate action into financial markets**. As part of this movement, IIX introduced **Orange Bonds**, the world's first **gender-lens**and **climate-focused** asset class designed to:

The **Orange Movement** operates through **strategic partnerships, financial innovation, and advocacy** to **transform global finance** into a more inclusive and sustainable system. The program is currently funded by **Australia's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) for the next three years**, providing a strong foundation for growth. The **Head of the Orange Movement** will be responsible for **executing the current program effectively** while securing additional funding to expand its reach and impact.
**About the Role**:
The VP of Advisory & Capacity Building leads and oversees all aspects of IIX's technical assistance and capacity-building initiatives, with a core focus on integrating gender-lens finance into organizational strategies and operations. This role is crucial for expanding the adoption of gender-lens investing and maximizing its impact. The VP will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality advisory services and training programs, driving revenue generation, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute the strategic vision for IIX's advisory and capacity-building services, aligning with the organization's overall mission and impact goals.
Identify market needs, developing new service offerings, and ensuring program sustainability.
2. Advisory Services Delivery
Lead and manage complex advisory engagements with governments, corporations, and social enterprises, providing expert guidance on gender-lens finance strategies, implementation, and impact measurement.
3. Capacity Building Program Development
Design and implement innovative capacity-building programs, including training workshops, masterclasses, online resources, and peer-to-peer learning opportunities, to enhance the skills and knowledge of stakeholders in gender-lens finance.
4. Revenue Generation
Develop and implement a revenue generation strategy for advisory services, aligned with IIX's impact investment models.
5. Gender-Lens Integration
Champion the integration of gender-lens finance into corporate and institutional strategies.
6. Team Management
Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of consultants, trainers, and program staff.
7. Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including governments, corporations, investors, social enterprises, and other partners.
8. Monitoring & Evaluation
Establish and implement a system for monitoring and evaluating the impact of advisory and capacity-building programs.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Generate at least $2M in revenue from advisory services within three years.
- Deliver at least 50 capacity-building workshops reaching 5,000+ stakeholders.
- Develop and launch at least three new advisory products within three years.
- Support at least 20 organizations in adopting gender-lens finance models.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Advanced degree (Master's preferred) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, International Development, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree with extensive relevant experience may be considered.
Experience:15+ years of progressively responsible experience in advisory services, capacity building, and/or impact investing, preferably within the financial sector, international development, or social enterprise space.Demonstrated success in leading and managing advisory engagements with governments, corporations, and social enterprises.Proven track record of developing and delivering effective capacity-building programs, training workshops, and masterclasses.Experience in designing and implementing revenue-generating advisory services aligned with impact investment models.Financial modeling and analy
