Founded in 2011, Empact is a leading social enterprise with a mission to build the capacity of social organisations (referred to as non-profit organisations and social enterprises) in Singapore and the region. Our aim for our capacity building efforts is to empower these social organisations to be empowered for greater impact.

Through our cross-sector collaboration with sector developers, grantmakers, corporates and volunteers, we bridge the capacity gap of the social sector by channelling talents, skills and resources to co-create innovative solutions to address the various needs of social organisations.

To date, Empact has impacted and empowered more than 1,500 social organisations in the region, with a contribution of savings amounting up to $9 million worth of professional services that have been rendered _pro bono_ for the social sector.

In 2019, Empact was selected as a finalist for the President’s Challenge Social Enterprise of the Year Award. This is the highest accolade for social enterprises in Singapore by the President of Singapore.

DESIGNATION : Senior Consultant, Advisory (Programme)

RESPONSIBILITIES

**An Overview**

We are inviting an analytical and creative individual to be part of our team of consultants. You will be working together with a fun and diverse team to deliver and contribute to advisory projects through solution co-curation, project management and stakeholder engagement to build the capacities and capabilities of social organisations. **Roles and Responsibilities**

- Comfortable working both independently and in coordination with cross-functional teams
- Able to work on multiple projects and prioritise effectively
- Able to strive well in an action-oriented and agile environment

Your job role will cover:

- **Client Management**: Direct, oversee project, and act as Client Relationship Director for advisory projects to ensure achievement of overall project KPIs and maintain a good standing client relationship
- **Project Management**: Plan, manage, monitor, and evaluate advisory projects in order to ensure projects are delivered within specified timeline, budget, specifications and client satisfaction are achieved
- **Solution Deliveries**: Deliver advisory and consultancies to clients through solution development, value creation, problem solving, stakeholder engagement to build capacities and capabilities of social organisations in navigating their dual growth goals of financial and social impact.
- **Advisory Design & Innovation, Strategic Partnership**: Identify and scope advisory innovation ideas, knowledge management, and contribute to strategic partnership to support business growth and competitiveness in the market
- **Business Development & Lead Generation**: Develop project proposals and identify leads from existing projects to contribute to Business Development and healthy Sales Pipelines

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least a Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Sociology, Training & Development or other related fields
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience i.e., in consulting/ advisory, business process improvement, organisational development, training and development, programme evaluation, business analytics, project management
- Good in problem-solving, analytical & conceptual thinking, customer-service oriented, interpersonal & communication skills
- Familiarity with the community and social service sector (landscape, key agencies, resources and social agencies)
