You will be involved in the planning, co-ordination and supervision of maintenance programmes and activities for the road tunnels’ fire protection systems and related facilities so as to support the smooth and efficient operation of the road tunnels. The job scope includes
a) review/ formulation/project management of asset replacement and enhancement plans/ requirements
b) planning and management of maintenance contracts; and
c) review/ establishment/assessment of key performance indicators for equipment and facilities etc.
You will also be working with various LTA Divisions, external agencies and contractors on road tunnel system upgrading projects.
In addition, you should also keep abreast of engineering technology that can enhance the maintenance regime of the road tunnel systems and recommend appropriate solutions for deployment.
**Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the design, project management or maintenance of fire protection systems or in heavy engineering plants
- Experience in fire protection system such as Linear Heat Detection System will be an advantage
- Able to work independently and perform night works
- Highly motivated and dynamic
- Good leadership skills with strong analytical and communication skills
- Preferably with a Class 3 driving license
