With a vision to combine innovation, knowledge and products and increasing demands, they are currently recruiting for a Materials Director to scale up the company's capabilities and meet growing market demands.
- Strategize and optimize the company's global flow of materials to deliver operational efficiency while ensuring sustainable supplies across manufacturing sites
- End-to-end demand supply planning and materials management to ensure order fulfillment
- Lead the global materials management team to ensure that best manufacturing practice is being deployed and to seek opportunity for continuous improvement.
- Deliver strategies meeting customer demands in cost effective and productive manner.
- Define and deploy a robust inventory management and reporting systems, enabling data driven decision making and global supply network optimisation through integration and analytics study.
- A degree in Engineering, Finance or Supply Chain
- At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management with strong direct material management experience
- Global experience working in matrix organisations will be highly regarded
- Prior experience working in international consumer electronics/manufacturing firms will be highly regarded
- Strong leadership and business acumen skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
