**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver sales targets and achieve campaign KPIs encompassing sales targets, call quality, and operational standards.
- Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products, demonstrating clear product knowledge and providing references to both existing and prospective customers.
- Identify and seize opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional insurance products during customer interactions.
- Convert leads provided by the company into sales through effective telemarketing strategies and activities.
- Ensure all call activities adhere fully to regulatory requirements and Quality Assurance standards.
- Update and maintain accurate customer information in the company database to facilitate effective sales and customer service processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate in General Insurance (BCP/PGI).

Experience
- Experience in telesales.
- Good product knowledge of GI personal lines products.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with maturity and confidence.
- Resilient and motivated to overcome objections and handle rejections effectively.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
