The ideal **incumbent **will be accountable for the following:
**TITLE: Senior Social Media and PR Manager**

Reporting To: Head of Growth

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns aligned with our marketing strategy: develop our monthly social media content calendar for Singapore and in coordination with our distributors in middle east, Korea, China, and Vietnam
- Create engaging and viral content supported by our internal graphic designers and videographers (text, images, infographics, videos, gif) for all our social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube: you are able to create various content types with relevant tone and style, adhering to our brand respective style guides and enhancing our founder unique story.
- You will produce your own inspiring, creative, innovative multimedia content which promote audience engagement in line with brand guidelines and overarching marketing objectives
- You need to have a sense of curiosity to identify trending topics and images/ videos.
- Your will identify and build relationships with prominent bloggers and journalists and thought leaders in Singapore, US, Malaysia, Australia. Your will present to them Maison 21G key values, new product launches and trending articles on perfumery written by our founder to ensure qualitative Maison’s exposure.
- You will increase our backlink for SEO purpose and work closely with our SEO team to align your PR content with our strategy
- You will conduct competitor research, brainstorm new and creative content growth strategies, identify trends and insights, and optimise content and performance based on insights.
- You are strong in project management: your effectively manage social media campaigns and PR content, ensuring they’re delivered on time, to a high standard.
- Your will respond to comments and customer queries on social media in a timely manner, monitor and report on feedback and online reviews

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 2 to 3 years at least of proven experience in planning social media campaign for a B2C brand
- Strong PR background
- Commercially and creatively minded
- In-depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
- Expertise with social listening, SEO practice and bloggers prospection tools
- Experience launching community initiatives and challenges (e.g. building creative challenges, live stream, managing ambassador program)
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (engagement level, subscriptions number to our different social media)
- Excellent English verbal and writing communication skills
- Basic skills to create content: editing photography, gifs, short video editing, stickers, stories (live + designed/posted), TikTok content
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Problem solving, independent, sense of initiative
- BSc degree in digital Marketing or relevant field will be a plus
