Role Summary

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual for this hybrid role as our Business Ops Coordinator / Executive Assistant. In this role, you will be reporting to our Managing Director for the Greater China, Southeast Asia, and Korea region.

What You Will Do
- Preparation and information gathering for Monthly and Quarterly Recognition Meetings
- Prepare, coordinate and conduct meetings/activities across the Greater China, Southeast Asia, and Korea region
- Liaise with the sales team to obtain other necessary information required for the project
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues
- Track project deliverables and ensure projects are completed within budget, schedules, and quality standards
- Track sales activities/tasks/initiatives across the Greater China, Southeast Asia, and Korea region
- May draft presentation materials for quarterly business reviews
- Assist in formulating and tracking the budget, including hotel and meeting space procurement, contract negotiation, vendor management, room block management, team building activities, travel and ground transportation logistics, catering, etc.
- Assist with ad hoc requests from Sales BUs/ Leaders in this region.

What You Will Bring
- 5 ~ 7 years’ experience in Business Coordination, Sales Administration, and/or Executive Administration.
- Experience with MS Office (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word), SharePoint as well as SFDC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated proactive approach to work and a good understanding of the strategic objectives of the global business.
- Excellent attention to detail and possess strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, with the ability to cope well under pressure with little or no supervision.
- Excellent communication skills.
