Salary: 10am - 8pm: S$15.00 per hour (Degree) S$11 per hour (Diploma) 8pm - 4am: S$20.00 per hour **usually is 10am - 7pm Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: Shift 1 : 10am - 7pm Shift 2: 1pm - 10pm Shift 3 : 7pm - 4am Location: Caldecott Contract Period: 1 year

Job Responsibilities:
As a Child Protection Ops Coordinator, you are required to:

- Coordinate closely with Child Protector Officers (CPOs), Supervisors and Protectors in the weekly scheduling of Protectors’ Review (PR) to ensure that cases are reviewed timely.
- Support related administrative/ essential functions (e.g., case closure, child minding, referral to professionals, etc ) within Child Protection Ops, as and when required to support CPOs to ensure the safety of the children and young persons under CPS’s purview. Any other related works as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in any field
- Able to work independently, as well as a team
- Meticulous and experience in handling data (i.e. Words and Excel) and administrative duties
- Able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
- Past experiences with handling related operations
- Have positive working attitude
- Able to work shift hours
