Social Worker

On behalf of our client who is in the social service space, we are looking qualified individuals to join them as Social Worker.
The Social Worker is responsible for facilitating change and improving lives for individuals, families, and communities facing transitional challenges through the provision of direct services.
**Responsibuilities**
1. Conduct casework management, including gathering information, conducting the psycho-social assessment, and identifying common needs and goals for intervention. Manage cases of different risk levels
2. Conduct risk assessment related to violence, child abuse, and suicide
3. Conduct psychosocial assessment and mental health assessment, particularly on trauma, depression
4. Service linkages and work with multidisciplinary teams
5. Provide basic counseling to both voluntary and involuntary clients as required
6. Plan, organize and implement community outreach activities, programs and group work
7. Perform evaluation and prepare reports for administrative investigation and intervention programs
8. Provide information and referral services to link Clients to appropriate social services
9. Participate in research
**Qualifications**:
- Possess a Degree in Social Work or Degree with a Graduate Diploma in Social Work from an accredited institution
**Required Experience**:
- Accredited as a Registered Social Worker with the Singapore Association of Social Workers would be an advantage
- Prior experience as a social worker in the child protection area would be an advantage
- Fresh graduates may welcome to apply
