**Our client, a leading specialist in green products such as Infant Feeding Bottles, Infant Water Bottles for**

**toddlers and adult water bottles across the International Market. The company is currently looking for**

**an e-Commerce Operation cum Marketing Executive to focus on the e-commerce operations and**

**marketing champaigns across various portal.**

**Job Responsibility**:

- Point of contact with key account managers for Shopee, Lazada and Amazon ensure
- engagements in promotional campaigns
- Work with junior E-commerce operations executive for Shopee, Lazada and Amazon to
- optimize adspend, listings, pricing, product bundles
- Responsible for customer service on all E-commerce platforms.
- Responsible for the maintenance and receipt of orders for Shopify brand website sales and
- coordinating with warehouses in various regions to dispatch customer orders.
- Engage and manage social media content on key social media platforms
- Assistance in marketing activity on google ads and Meta ads
- Select and engage with Key Opinion Leader (KOL) to share products knowledge in different
- countries.
- Co-create & develop engaging content with Stakeholders.
- Inventory management for Singapore Inventory
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, ratings and seek ways to improve.
- Engage with cross-functional teams including digital media marketing,
- Assist in all areas of copywriting.Assist in expansion of Southeast Asian operations: Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Phillipines.

**Focus**:

- Business Insight Analysis
- Check PPC (keyword Ads)
- Plan for re-order (weekly) - communicate with supplier on upcoming order
- Plan for promotions
- Listing optimizationPlan for new product listings

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Marketing or other relevant studies.
- Preferably 1-2years related experience.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin is an advantage
