This philosophy allows us to provide a unique customer journey that empowers clients to achieve their desired outcomes. **Job Description**: - We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and motivated Social Media and Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. This unique role offers exposure to three distinct brands: a hand specialist clinic, an aesthetic clinic, and a medSpa. You will play a pivotal role in creating and editing engaging content for platforms including XHS, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). This position involves supporting SEO and SEM initiatives, developing new web pages and blogs, and collaborating closely with our experienced marketing manager on digital strategy. You will also have the chance to support events as part of our integrated marketing experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Create fun, engaging video and visual content related to healthcare, aesthetics, skin, and skincare for social platforms - Assist in managing and growing social media accounts through regular posting, monitoring, and engagement. - Brainstorm ideas and contribute to campaigns that boost brand visibility and drive engagement. - Conduct research and analyse industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies. - Collaborate on developing and executing social media and digital marketing strategies, including content calendar planning, scheduling, and optimization. - Support SEO/SEM efforts (keyword research, page optimization, and analytics review). - Develop and publish written content for blogs and web pages. - Assist in managing influencer and micro-influencer programs, including prospecting, outreach, and campaign tracking. - Support the execution of company and client events, including on-site presence for social coverage, content capture, and event logistics. - Attend and participate in relevant meetings, training, and cross-functional projects as assigned. - ** Requirements**: - Passion for social media, digital marketing, and creative content creation. - Basic graphic design skills using Canva (or similar tools), and proficiency with video/photo editing apps such as capcut - Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance both content quality and workflow efficiency (examples: AI-based analytics, content generation, scheduling, or sentiment analysis) - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Creativity and an eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in the digital marketing space. - Reliable and organized, able to work independently as well as in a team setting. - Availability for a 4 to 5 day work week, with at least 1 on-site day weekly for filming and event support.
