**Responsibilities**
- Timely preparation and submission of purchase contracts, sales contracts, proforma invoices etc to suppliers and customers.
- Liaise and coordinate with oversea vendor/customer, freight forwarders, carriers & 3rd party logistics.
- Settling for shipment ETA, booking and confirmation on direct shipments.
- Prepare shipping documents for import and export process flow.
- Adhere to shipping/receiving and regulatory-compliance procedures.
- Complete documentation such as invoicing, work orders and shipping orders.
- Monitor and follow up with suppliers / customers to ensure on time and accurate shipping documents submission.
- Requesting and negotiating on freight quotations with forwarders.
- Contact carrier representative to plan and to issue shipping instructions and delivery of materials.
- Arranging SFA inspections &/or fumigation for import shipments.
- Document and escalate any customer service issues and/or shipping/receiving errors.
- Managing products from export/import.

**Requirements**:

- Possess good working attitude
- Have good communication and negotiation skills
