The Security Operations Lead is responsible for leading the design and implementation of EVIDENT DevSecOps strategy, ensuring the company’s security posture remains strong against the ever-evolving cyber threat landscape, enabling the protection of critical information assets within the Global Evident Healthcare and Manufacturing domain.

**Decision-making Accountability**

Responsible for making key design decisions for the regional IT Security strategy and architecture in line with the Global IT Security strategy. Accountable for the definition of the DevSecOps strategy, processes, technologies, and controls, under the guidance of the Regional IT Head and Global IT Security Head.

**Formal Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree IT/IS/Business/Technology (or equivalent and related experience preferred).
- Should hold at least one of the major security certifications (ex: CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CCSK, Certified CISO, PMP, etc.) or commensurate experience

**Key Skills / Core Competencies**
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate with leadership team.
- Multilingual communication preferred.

**Experience**
- At least 7 years of experience with: o DevSecOps Center technologies and processes
- o Managing projects through the full system development lifecycle, leveraging Agile methodologies
- o Developing, implementing, or architecting information systems
- o Technical architecture experience integrating automation into processes and capabilities and early/continuous integration of security through the SDLC
- Demonstrable consulting skills with IT Security concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change and performance measurement system design.
- Proven ability to embrace and lead change effectively and cultivate an environment of security driven thinking, innovation, experimentation, rigor, and continuous improvement.
- Results oriented, high energy, inspirational and self-motivated leader.
- Led global teams in successful organizations

**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
