Responsible for managing and supervising a team of Technicians for the daily activities, provides efficient after-sales technical services and support, including assembly, PDI, delivery and commissioning, trouble-shooting, maintenance and servicing of equipment and its related parts. Ensuring all business processes are performed according to the policies and procedures of the company.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Quality and service standards
- Responsible for the successful completion of service jobs and delivery to customer in accordance with the contractual delivery time and specifications.
- Work in co-operation with managers and colleagues to fulfill T&I Quality and Service Standards for satisfactory level of customer service in meeting the customer expectations.
- Resolve and provide solutions to the problems relating to the products.
- Conduct periodic checks to ensure workshop equipment, special tools and service vehicles are well maintained and in compliance with safety code where applicable.
- Responsible for timely provision of supporting documents required for filing of warranty claims to the Principal.
- Responsible for timely feedback of product quality and technical enquiries to Principal for resolution.
- Build and maintain good relationships with colleagues and customers to provide quality service and achieve customer satisfaction.

2. Documentation and training
- Responsible for providing product training to customer where applicable.
- Maintain all equipment related documents in accordance with the documentation system and procedure of T&I.
- Prepare and maintain all training materials in accordance with the documentation system and procedure of T&I.

3. Supervisory Responsibility
- Assign and conduct daily work briefing/updates to team to keep track of progress, job completion and covering of duties.
- Plan and manage calendar for leave and training scheduling to ensure minimum downtime in operation.
- Conduct daily check on staff attendance and behavior at workplace

4. EHS and Housekeeping
- To maintain proper housekeeping and discipline both within the office floor and workshop as well as the client's work site so as to improve operational efficiency, whilst maintaining the good image of the Company.
- To observe safety precautions and practices at all times so as to minimise risk to self and others as well as damage to equipment and workplace.
- Act responsibly at all times to comply with the Group’s and Company’s Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies, procedures and work instructions.

**Qualifications**:
**Job Requirement**
- Diploma in an Engineering disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Must be able to commit to 5.5 days work week (alternate Sat or Sun)
- Proficient in using MS Office - Words, Excel and Powerpoint
- Competent in interpreting, writing and conversing in English language
- Good knowledge of products, accessories and parts
- Basic knowledge of sales contract terms and conditions
- Good supervisory skills
- Well versed in Environment, Health and Safety requirements
- Good knowledge of business processes and service standards
