**Responsibilities**
- Materialise various banking business in APAC region by way of corporate finance approach with Japanese and Non-Japanese clients mainly in Food, Healthcare, FMCG and Retail sector
- Build a pipeline leveraging the department’s value through proposals to Japanese and Non-Japanese clients and its owners, etc
- Collecting and disseminating valuable information compiled in APAC and Japan. Make full use of connections with the PE/VC funds in APAC. Deliver deal opportunities while improving accuracy and speed simultaneously
- Thematic activities with an awareness of pipeline building which includes ESG, DX, etc.

**Requirements**:

- CMFAS Advising on Corporate Finance or equivalent
- Knowledge of industries in Food, Healthcare, FMCG and Retail Sector
- Basic knowledge of Japanese Banking Law to comply with both Singapore and Japanese banking regulations
- Sector Coverage experience in Food, Healthcare, FMCG and Retail
- Proficiency in Japanese will be advantageous since this role needs frequent reporting and communication with CAD head offices including senior management.
