Singapore ROTARY ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION PTE. LTD. Full time

Coordinate with client and other Contractors for the project interface activities.

Managing project scope and change control with commerical or without commercial impact.

Monitor and ensure supervisor plan and instruct and monitor in DWI.

Monitoring project progress and performance.

Plan monthly works schedule and set productivity to be achieved.

Prepare MSRA

Prepare Tender Review Checklist Part 1,2&3, ATQ & Notice of Tender Inquiry & Tender submission.

Prepare Vendor / Sub-Contractor Pre-qualification document & check list

Prepare and update MRMS

Project Planning, Progress Reports and Claims.

Proposed training for worker on live cable handling.

Providing status reports to the management.

Request and plan min Two days in advance for full PPE(if applicable), schedule of SIC, site location and contact Personal on the first day of work.

Responsible & accountable to ensure compliance with company, regulatory and client's policies and procedures. Ensure local regulations policies and procedures are incorporated into the business unit plan.

Review and monitor construction activity schedule including the analysis of costs, progress and other productivity data.

To fulfill and achieve higher weekly and daily target.

To monitor the progress of projects against planned

To plan, monitor and ensure manpower, materials, equipment and tools are ready for day to day work activities.

To take on additional appointments from time to time assigned by the company's authorized officer, and carry out the duties of such appointment duly and diligently to enhance the company image and to improve the company's business opportunities.

To verify technical specifications for adequacy.

Update and report daily progress status and lookahead minimum 3days plan.

Working closely with main contractor and client to ensure the project meets the required needs.

Supervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems.

Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site worker and other professionals.
