**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Be well-versed in using MS Project for project planning and scheduling.
- Have proficiency in MS Teams and Outlook for effective communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrate a successful track record in planning and managing projects, preferably in construction or engineering.
- Understand various project management approaches and tools.
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities and effective problem-solving skills.
- Communicate adeptly with various stakeholders, fostering smooth interactions.
- Work well under pressure, consistently meeting tight deadlines and project demands.
- Maintain accuracy in project documentation and processes.
