Our team consists of passionate and talented and ambitious Product Managers and Designers who continuously evolve our products to maximize business value and improve user experience

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to help us build best-in-class products that meet the evolving needs of our healthcare consumers.

**As a Senior Product Manager, you will**:

- Lead product strategy and roadmap development for a specific product domain, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Champion a data-driven approach, leveraging user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Business) to deliver high-quality, innovative products.
- Translate complex requirements into actionable user stories, guide development sprints, and measure product success through KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating product vision and progress.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in both Tech and Healthcare, seeking opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant
- 6 to 8 years of experience in product management
- Experience in bringing at multiple product features from conception to launch
- Experience developing and executing product roadmaps for consumer-facing apps across digital platforms (mobile, web, interactive).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with experience conducting user research and incorporating feedback.
- Proven experience working with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, effectively communicating with stakeholders.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with a relentless curiosity, strong analytical skills, and a passion for innovation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.
