Singapore INTERNATIONAL WORKPLACE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. Full time

We are an executive search firm based in Singapore with search and HR related projects in the region.
Currently we have a Client with the need to do up a HR policy in Singapore.

Client company is a foreign based firm operating in the Chemical/Oil & Gas industry. They have set up a regional office in Singapore for a few years. Currently they have 3 employees and plan to expand another 4 to 5 more headcount in the next few years.

The team size is probably going to be kept this size.

There is a simple policy which the company has put together but its not the best. They also use the USA HR policy for reference but it does not have the Singapore flavor.

This project will aim to
- 1) assess and advise on current HR policies and procedures
2) identify and ensure policies meet legal requirements
3) design and formulate new HR policies and procedures
4) develop HR policies that are inline with company's values and directions
5) improve and streamline existing HR practices
6) any others the appointed HR consultant can advise as required

To be a best fit for the project, you need
- 1) to be based in Singapore and know the local MOM and employment scene, preferably have some previous relevant projects.
2) dedication to meet project deadlines in a timely manner
3) willingness to participate in face to face meetings/zoom calls with relevant stakeholders of the company if needed
4) willingness to sign an NDA if Client company requests.

The pojection duration may range from 1 to 2 months, to be confirmed upon final discussion with the Client company.
