**Your Team Responsibilities**:
MSCI in APAC has strong presence and offices located in HK/Taiwan, Singapore/SE Asia, Korea, India, Australia/New Zealand, China and Japan. As a growth company, we have ambitious aspirations. The APAC Index Product Team has as its key mandate to ensure the success of the APAC Index Product Line through strategy development tailored to specific client segments and alignment of MSCI stakeholders across Client Coverage, Research, Technology, Data Services and Marketing.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:
1. Work closely with the APAC Head of Index, to deliver a cohesive approach to expanding and enhancing the MSCI Index Product line across APAC.

2. Take a key role in driving the growth of MSCI’s Index product line throughout the APAC region. This will be achieved by defining a clear approach to MSCI’s client base, bringing globally developed index product to market, developing innovative index products and creating a strong implementation strategy and process.

3. Collaborate extensively with MSCI’s functional teams such as Client Coverage, Research, Technology, Data Services and Marketing to ensure that the index product offering is developed and executed successfully.

4. Solicit feedback throughout the product management lifecycle in order to understand demand drivers from various client groups.

5. Act as an Index Product specialist for the APAC region, presenting to clients when necessary as well as internally across the various functional teams.

6. Closely coordinating with Client Coverage in the region to identify new client segments and use cases within existing client segments for Index product line growth.

7. In collaboration with Client Coverage, will be highly visible with clients to ensure MSCI is meeting all their business and hence product requirements.

8. In collaboration with the APAC Head of Index Product continuously drive the improvement in performance of the APAC Index Product Team.

9. Take direct reporting responsibility for team members. This will include guidance and career development.

10. Take a key role in developing annual APAC Index Execution plans across both MSCI’s Subscription based and Asset Based fee business line. These plans are to be fully syndicated with both Regional and Global Stakeholders

11. Collaborate directly with key stakeholders in the Global Index Product Team along with the Regional Index Product Leads in EMEA/Americas on key areas of global focus.
