Are you ready to join the programmatic evolution? We are looking for a tech-savvy, seasoned account manager to join our growing team in Singapore. This individual will be responsible for managing our major holding company clients who leverage our industry-leading Marketplace Platform offering.
If you're an excellent communicator, a strong collaborator with experience in working with both regional & global functional stakeholders and can thrive in a highly technical environment, then this role is for you. It is the Account Manager's job to ensure Index Exchange exceeds our clients' expectations by working closely to understand their business goals and how we can help them be realised through our Marketplace Platform.  This will be done via ensuring a high level of customer service and long-term forward thinking is constantly demonstrated – behaviours which underpin the Index Exchange Account Manager service-led offering.
What we're looking for: Knowledgeable: Depth of knowledge of advertising-technology, including advertising/publisher business models, technical understanding of ad serving, media trading, and RTB-related advertising technology is essential.
Collaborative: Index Exchange is a global business with Buy-Side, Sell-Side and Product teams. You'll need to work cross-functionally with all of them to communicate the needs of your client and implement new buyer enablement strategies, create reports, and document new processes to help improve the partner experience and ensure the success of this and future marketplace partnerships.
Strategic: As you learn our business, we'll look to you to identify & communicate client feedback, actionable insights and new opportunities for our partners to increase revenue and drive adoption within your portfolio of customers. 
Here's what you'll be doing:Oversee all aspects of partnership management for your portfolio of business, including:Developing a detailed partnership plan to monitor, track, and report on progress.Defining partnership-specific key initiatives, goals and KPIs.Create and maintain comprehensive partnership documentation.Identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats across your portfolio of customers.Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical solutions, product, and product marketing.Manage our existing holding company relationships by driving growth and achieving quarterly revenue targets.Build and maintain a positive working relationship with your customers to ensure smooth execution of all deal transactions on our Marketplace Platform.Work closely with clients to ensure our products and solutions evolve with their needs while understanding the business investment & opportunity for further enhancements to unlock.Perform quarterly business reviews with clients and present recommendations across business and technical focus areas.Become a subject matter expert on our Marketplace Platform, Index's positioning & long-term vision for this offering.Work with buy-side and sell-side stakeholders on all deal management for the Marketplace Platform.Participate in and contribute to regular knowledge-sharing sessions as we build out the team across Singapore.Support other team members by offering guidance, mentorship and a continued demonstration of the behaviours needed to excel in the Account Manager role.
Here's what you need:In-depth knowledge of the programmatic industry, including technology solutions, advertising/publisher and network business models, technical understanding of ad serving, media trading and RTB.Experience in directly managing, developing, and growing client partnerships and/ or senior relationships within the advertising technology landscape.Ability to build and influence relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders with Commercial, Operational, and Product backgrounds.Proven ability in strategic planning and creative problem-solving.Goal-oriented approach to working with your clients — you are constantly seeking an opportunity to add value, build relationships, and achieve revenue targets.Confidence and an eagerness for autonomous working.Strong project management skills - organized, self-starter, and highly detail-oriented.Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and have an interest in finding the most efficient way to complete a task to best support the team and your clients.Strong presentation skills, with the ability to build clear and concise materials as well as communicate and present information effectively internally and externally.A bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in a business, marketing, communications or technology-related field.Proficiency in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office
