**Your role**

You are a member of the Asia Human Resources Team providing comprehensive, responsive and effective Human Resource service across Gen Re’s Asia operations. You are responsible for the delivery of HR services to the region including supporting end to end employee life cycle requirements, payroll, benefits, and training/study programs. Together with the team, you will ensure our programs and service delivery contribute positively to our employee value and experience. This role is ideal for an HR generalist who enjoys being involved in all aspects of HR, has a passion for delivering high quality HR service, with a continuous improvement mindset. This is a contract role for 2 years with the potential for conversion to a permanent role.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Provide support to full spectrum of HR administration activities
- Manage full scope of payroll processing and benefits administration for assigned countries in Asia
- Review, update and maintain related HR procedure, policies and employment documents for reference
- Provide support in HR reporting and analytics
- Proactively review and improve process efficiencies
- Participate in initiatives and projects as and when required
- Any other projects or duties assigned from time to time

**Your profile**
- Degree holder with minimum 3 years in HR Generalist, Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Prior experience in regional role and/or APAC payroll processing is preferred
- Meticulous and detailed oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player who can multitask
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications with experience in HRIS systems
- Good understanding of related employment legislation and HR practices
