No prior HR experience? No problem We will provide on-the-job training and mentorship to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed.Responsibilities Client Support & Guidance : Assist in addressing client inquiries and provide HR support with guidance from senior team members. Collaboration & Learning : Work closely with clients to understand their HR needs while learning to deliver practical, tailored solutions. Onboarding Assistance : Support the onboarding process for clients onto our HR systems and services. Compliance Awareness : Learn about HR laws and regulations to eventually provide accurate advice and ensure clients remain compliant. Team Collaboration : Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services while gaining exposure to various HR functions. Reporting & Insights : Assist in preparing reports and analyses to help clients improve their HR operations. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, HR, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply). Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally in HR. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with an eagerness to take initiative. Able to work both independently and in a team. Openness to visiting client sites when required.
