Rexmed is changing the way primary healthcare is delivered via telemedicine, by leveraging and integrating technology in a safe and consistent manner.

**About this Job**

Drive the conception and execution of Rexmed social & digital marketing campaigns targeting Chinese customers, including Chinese living in Singapore who prefers Mandarin medium, Chinese tourists from China (and Taiwan), and other international Chinese visiting Singapore or living in Southeast Asia. Channels include XiaoHongShu (Little Red Book), WeChat, TikTok, and other social channels preferred by the Chinese. Campaigns will be accountable for generating a pipeline which converts to paying customers.

Propose refinements/alignments to Rexmed's current UI (or UX if needed) to better suit Chinese consumers' way of seeking healthcare and consuming telemedicine services.

**Branding**:
In line with Rexmed's brand positioning, establish awareness and preference for Rexmed Chinese brand. This initiative is more strategic in nature, as compared to tactical digital marketing campaigns to build a pipeline.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in written Chinese and spoken Mandarin is a must
- Strong understanding of PRC/Chinese consumer behaviour and the social media landscape. Chinese/PR living in Singapore is a bonus
- Good command of English to support other marketing efforts
- Healthcare and/or TCM knowledge is a strong bonus
- Proven digital marketing portfolio and usage of analytics tools to justify marketing spends

**Terms of Employment**:

- 12-month contract, based in Singapore
- With the option to extend or convert to a permanent, full-time headcount
- Applicant needs to be already residing in Singapore without the need for the company to sponsor a work pass
