Singapore GN HEARING PTE. LTD. Full time

We are looking for an energetic marketing professional who is able to work independently and as a team with other members of the commercial organisation to identify opportunities and execute on operational marketing plans to support sales growth.

Key responsibilities:
As the Customer Marketing Specialist for GN, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales Manager to:

- Analyse and understand the customer landscape, to uncover growth opportunities
- Deliver best in class customer activation - both individualized and channel-specific:

- End-to-end project management of customer initiatives.
- Optimize customer activity tool-box, and partnership programs
- Lead and deliver high-impact point of sale materials, including coordinating with designers/agencies
- Develop profitable volume-driving promotions
- Own and capitalize on the customer briefing process for individualised activation
- On an on-going (daily/weekly) basis:

- Drive the communications especially through digital channels (social media, website) for GN. This will also entail supporting customers to do the same, albeit tactically.
- Support the execution & tracking of the customer and channel plans from the annul business planning process.

You will ideally:

- Be degree qualified.
- Have 2-4 years’ experience in a B2B or B2B2C environment, with at least 2 of those in customer-facing Sales or Marketing functions.
- Have experience in medical device, optical or health-related industries favoured, but not essential.
- Experience driving communications via digital channels.
- Ability with artwork software such as InDesign and Adobe would be advantageous.
- Be able to thrive in an ever-evolving environment, in an industry that is rapid growth.
- Be resourceful and creative in bringing the best customer solutions to life.
- Be confident in leading discussion with customers and the sales team.
- Have proficiency in cost & budget management.
- Work well in cross-functional teams, in a lean environment.
