We are looking for an individual with a deep interest in business outsourcing & clients relations.

**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Communications with individual and corporate clients
- Preparation of proposal for client
- Preparation of marketing material content to raise awareness of products & services
- Understanding of client on boarding administration process and ability to manage client meetings online and offline
- Understand client requirements and assist in daily maintenance of account relationships
- Ability to understand issues and appropriately escalate to Management in a timely fashion
- Develop good understanding of the governing regulatory framework, including but not limited to applicable confidentiality/secrecy/data protection regulations where relevant
