**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are an established renewable energy and technology firm with over 14 years of operations in the Electricity and Energy markets, seeking a Finance Director to join and lead our Finance, Administration. You will be based in Singapore reporting to the CEO, but your teams will be based across Asia and are managed virtually.

You will have experience in, managing a high growth business and operating businesses in multiple jurisdictions across Asia. You must have experience in renewable energy certificate trading and the electricity brokerage business.

This is a hands-on role, and you will be expected to lead your Finance/Admin team from the front. You will be comfortable in leading by example as well as supporting the C-Suite level managers.

You will have experience in Australian and Singaporean compliance and be aware of international taxation requirements. You must also have experience in managing and operating in a franchise distribution business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic and corporate finance: Corporate finance and strategic financial planning. Preparation of board and shareholder financial reporting.
- Operational Finance: Operate a controlled budget and provide for cashflow and budget planning.
- Leadership. You will be comfortable leading a group or 20+ direct and indirect reports.
- Budget and Planning. Manage and operate annual budgets and planning. Provide forecasts and participate in board papers and reports.
- Office Administration. Oversee office administration in Singapore and Australia.
- Collaborate with your team. Leverage your domain knowledge when working with cross-divisional teams to define and execute strategies. Be disciplined, motivated, resourceful, and take initiative to resolve issues. Proper follow-up, paperwork, and internal process to adhere to company policy.

- 10+ years of finance and administration experience
- Management of teams with 10+ people.
- A Natural Leader and Achiever.
- Technology Savvy. Comfortable working in the virtual digital world and working with teams in a work from home environment.
- Professional Accounting Qualifications.
- Poly Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a Franchise business model
- Experience in Renewables Trading
- Experience in Electricity Brokerage.

Pay: $9,800.00 - $13,000.00 per month
