- **Lead Instruction**:Deliver high-quality Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes to children of all ages and skill levels. Teach fundamental techniques, drills, and strategies while ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning experience for all participants.
- **Curriculum Development**:Create and update the curriculum for the Children's BJJ Program, ensuring a progressive and well-structured learning journey for students.
- **Class Management**:Organize and manage class schedules, ensuring that all classes run smoothly and efficiently.
- **Mentorship**:Provide guidance and mentorship to assistant instructors, helping them improve their teaching skills and effectively assist in classes.
- **Parent Communication**:Maintain open and proactive communication with parents to address any concerns, provide progress updates, and foster a positive atmosphere within the academy.
- **Promote a Positive Environment**:Foster an inclusive, respectful, and friendly atmosphere within the children's program to promote a love for BJJ and personal growth among students.
- **Events and Competitions**:Organize and oversee in-house events, competitions, and seminars for the children's program to encourage participation and growth.
- **Safety**:Ensure the safety of all participants during classes, adhering to best practices and maintaining a clean and hazard-free training environment.
- **Continued Learning**:Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, child development, and coaching techniques to continuously improve the children's program.

**Qualifications**:

- **BJJ Expertise**:Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in practicing and instructing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Minimum 3 Stripes Brown Belt under an accredited instructor
- **Child-Centric Approach**:Demonstrated ability to connect with children, create a positive and fun learning environment, and inspire young minds.
- **Leadership Skills**:Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead a team of assistant instructors and guide students effectively.
- **Communication**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both children and parents.
- **Certifications**:Possess relevant BJJ coaching certifications (e.g., black belt, coaching certifications) and any necessary first aid/CPR qualifications.
- **Passion and Dedication**:A genuine passion for BJJ and a strong commitment to promoting its values among children.
