Admin & Operations Assistant (Full Time)

We are a growing business looking for our first Admin & Operations Assistant to be the backbone of our daily operations. This is not just a routine admin job - we are looking for someone who can take ownership, stay organized, and grow with us as we scale.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and organize business documents, contracts, and records
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments
- Prepare simple reports, presentations, and forms
- Assist with social media posting and online listings
- Support basic bookkeeping (invoices, expense tracking)
- Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines
- Provide general administrative and operational support
Job Requirements
- Diploma / A-Level / Degree in any field (fresh grads welcome)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Able to multitask, follow through independently, and pay attention to detail
- Positive, reliable, and eager to learn in a growing business
- Prior admin or customer-facing experience is a bonus
