Admin & Operations Assistant (Full Time)

We are a growing business looking for our first Admin & Operations Assistant to be the backbone of our daily operations. This is not just a routine admin job – we are looking for someone who can take ownership, stay organized, and grow with us as we scale.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize business documents, contracts, and records
Handle emails, calls, and WhatsApp communications professionally
Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments
Prepare simple reports, presentations, and forms
Maintain and update client/candidate databases (CRM/Excel)
Assist with social media posting and online listings
Coordinate with clients, candidates, and suppliers
Support basic bookkeeping (invoices, expense tracking)
Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines
Provide general administrative and operational support
Job Requirements
Diploma / A-Level / Degree in any field (fresh grads welcome)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Able to multitask, follow through independently, and pay attention to detail
Positive, reliable, and eager to learn in a growing business
Prior admin or customer-facing experience is a bonus
